Our Hersom Pant is a high waisted, straight legged design crafted from 100% French linen. This lightweight piece has been designed with left side button and tab closure detailing, faux back welt pockets and a wide cuff that allows for versatile styling. Roll at the cuff and pair with sneakers for a relaxed, casual style or dress up with platform sandals for a contemporary look.
This garment has been made from 100% French Linen; natural fibre from flax grown in the northern regions of France. Linen is a light, breathable fabric that is durable and strong. It wrinkles easily which is part of its appeal, it is easy to care for and becomes softer with age and wear. Flax is a highly productive crop requiring minimal water, herbicides or pesticides to grow, making it a better environmental choice than many other natural fibres, such as conventionally grown cotton.
This garment was designed by the ELK team and made by Tongxiang Jimmy Fashions in China. Jimmy has worked with us since 2010 making woven and knitted apparel. He has a team of 80 plus workers, the majority of which are women. He is a member of Sedex, receiving regular auditing at the factory. Jimmy is actively working with us to make workplace improvements and operate an ethical and sustainable business.
